Grandma was giving the nephews dinner this evening. They said, "This doesn't taste like chicken," while putting chicken nuggets in their mouths.
Grandpa - without any hesitation - says, "It's gopher. She just didn't want you to say 'EWWW!!' and not eat your dinner."
The boys' response: "Not too bad!!"
Later that evening.....
Mom: "Boys, what did you have for dinner?"
Boys: "Gopher. It was pretty good. It tasted sort of like chicken."
*Laughter is still going on . . . .*

Funny how at first it didn't taste like chicken and then once it was Gopher it tasted sort of like chicken LOL. CUTE!
